I come from an extremely high stress industry where Project Managers don't have enough time to learn a process much less teach one.    If you've come to learn, I wrote this book so that you no longer need to grab aimlessly at what may or may not work.   If you've been charged with developing a process, I believe you've found it.  If you follow what I've outlined in the book, you and your team will be able to successfully navigate those treacherous waters we all call home.
